The average inspection takes two to three hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.
We strongly encourage the prospective buyer to be present for the walkthrough and at the end of the inspection. By being present, you will have a far greater understanding of your new home and the report. If you are unable to attend the inspection, the report will be emailed mailed to you per your request. You may also be able to access your report at a secured internet address. (instructions will be given)
At HOMEXTENT we use a sophisticated computer generated report. Depending on the length and timing of the home inspection, the report will generally be available within 3 to 4 hours after leaving the home inspections site
